Well I'm never very good and blabbing on about myself and dividing myself into nice neat little packages but here goes.
During the day I haunt my practice as physiotherapist/craniosacral therapist/somatic bodyworker/energy worker (etc) with leanings (or rather falling right over) into many other complementary/alternative therapies and my joy is in working in an intergral and intergrative way. Breaking down divisions between the healer and the healed, the patient and the therapist, my pain and your pain, my joy and your joy.

My focus in my work and my life (tend to hate putting things into boxes much to alot of peoples' dismay) is to hold a sacred space and hold the resonance of grace where ever I may be.

At night I have been known to read too much, talk too much into the deep night about gummi bears and deep thoughts, have one too many glasses of wine with friends trying to figure it all out and blissing out into the moment.

As for the mind and heart on the spiritual path I tend to be as my zaadz profile says; an eclectic mystic. I have studied either through reading, workshops or interacting with people who change me and help me grow. I have tried in my way to reach into all the major spiritual traditions and looking they underlying unity. That longing for wholeness that springs from the soul is the wave that I love to ride (and let it be said fall flat on my face alot or a nice big Spirit frying pan to the head when I am too thick…it does happen alot more than I'd like).

So…this profile, blog and general space is part of a resolution to be more interactive with my life and with others around the world.  To grow through an intergral philosophy of community, spirit, individuals and causes. This just seems like the place to do it.
